BARANANGANAM : It is an ancient church nearing the mortal remains of Sister Alphonsa. This is also known for the attractive Grotto of Virgin Mary.
ARTHUNGAL : St. Andrews Church is near Cherthala 22 Km north of Alappuzha. The annual feast of St. Sebastian is held in the month of January.
KOZHENCHERRY : The Maramon Convention is held here.  
MALAYATTUR : Church of St. Thomas famed for annual festival lies just across the Periyar river from Kodanadu it is 53 Km from Cochin and is said to have been prayed in by St. Thomas. The annual feast falls in the month of March/April.
OMALLUR : Manjanikara Church with tomb of Patriarch of Antioch.  
  VAGAMON : Kurisumala Ashram.
EDATHUVA : Situated at just 24Km from Alappuzha this church is dedicated to St. George. The church is famous for its healing of various mental disorders and other ailments. The annual feast is held from 5-7th May.  
  VETTUKAD CHURCH : This popular church also known as 'Madre de Deus' church is about 7km from the city. It is visited by people of all faiths.
BELA : This small town 15km north of Kasaragode is known for the church 'Our Lady of Sorrows', which was built in 1890.
MARAMON CONVENTION : This annual religious convention is held on the dry river bed at Maramon in Mallapuzhasseri village near Kozenchery. It is held in the month of Feb-March.
CHAMPAKULAM CHURCH :  The St. Mary's is one of the oldest church in Kerala, one of the seven churches established by St. Thomas. The annual feast held on the 3rd Sunday of October.  
CHAVARA BHAVAN : The ancestral home of the blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara, lies 6Km from Alappuzha is a train and spiritual resorts visited by thousands of devotees.
SANTA CRUZ BASILICA CHURCH : The historic Roman Catholic Church near the St. Francis Church was built by the Portuguese. The building was renovated in 1887 and as a rich collection of beautiful paintings.  
ST.FRANCIS CHURCH FORT KOCHI : The first church built by the Europeans in India it has the tombstone of Vascoda Gama, the discoverer of the sea route to India.
KOONAN KURISHU CHAPEL : Located in Mattancherry, the Malankara Syrian Christians assemble here in 1653, pledging not to obey the Latin Archbishops or be under the Jesuits, thus resulting in the division of Roman Catholic Christian of Kerala.  
ST.FRANCIS ASSISI CHURCH : It is the oldest and the most attractive church in Ernakulam. The structure is a fine blend of Portuguese and Kerala styles and is noted for its unique roof resting only on the centre pillars on the either sides.
VALLARPAADAM : This holy church is situated in the Vallarpadam island near by  Eranakulam ,  Kerala. 
EDAPALLY : To trace the origin of the Forane Church at Edappally, we have to go back as early as 593 AD. It is one of the most ancient and prominent churches that existed in the early centuries. Innumerable miracles have worked through the intercession of St. George, a fact which amply proves his powerful mediation before the throne of God. From very ancient times, people from far and near have flocked to this place with sentiments of genuine gratitude for the favors received.
